As a Business Controller at nexeye, you are responsible for part of our retail organization and will work closely with retail management and various departments to help us make informed decisions that support our growth. Your role:

• Act as a business partner to part of the Retail organization and several corporate departments
• Track store performance (KPIs, projects) and highlight performance improvement opportunities
• Conduct investment analyses related to stores and retail-support projects
• Oversee Capex tracking and monitor key value drivers
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes
• Support our growth strategy through M&A activities
• Provide timely, data-driven insights to the board and management
• Various ad-hoc projects at the group level

What excites us:

• A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail or a B2C setting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and EPM software
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tagetik, Tableau, or Anaplan is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly and effectively
• Resident in the Netherlands
